Our company's independently designed and produced 2X600m3/h pickling pump has been completed and put into operation

Recently, our company's SGR-17 boiler pickling pump station was completed and officially entered our power plant boiler pickling equipment series.

SGR-17 pickling pump station is equipped with two pickling pumps with a power of 450kw and a flow rate of 600m3/h, two 450kw motors, and a head of 160 meters. The pump station adopts a combined pry structure, with a main equipment of 15 tons, a design length of 9200mm, a width of 2200mm, and a height of 2450mm. The base is made of 25 # B-type I-beam, the frame is made of 20 # channel steel, and the door panel is made of container specific board, which has high strength, is not easy to deform, and is beautiful and atmospheric. Equipped with a dedicated distribution room, composed of two high-voltage distribution cabinets, with a rated voltage of 6kV. The reaction device adopts a reaction tank with a length of 9200mm, a diameter of ∅ 2000mm, and a volume of 30m3, as well as a dedicated dosing device, which can effectively meet the requirements of cleaning dosing, liquid preparation, buffering, etc.

This pump station is suitable for transporting various cleaning media and liquids, with a temperature range of -50 ℃~+420 ℃. It can be used for cleaning power equipment such as boiler bodies, superheaters, preheaters, etc. of large thermal power generation units of 1000MW, 600 MW and below, as well as for cleaning equipment in large chemical plants. The completion and commissioning of Pump Station 17 has enriched our company's cleaning equipment and provided stronger support for cleaning construction.
