The "Employment and Talent Service Policy Promotion Activity for Enterprises in Jining City (Economic Development Zone Station)" was held in our company

On June 17, 2017, the "Employment and Talent Service Policy Promotion Activity for Enterprises in Jining City (Economic Development Zone Station)" was held in our company. Representatives from more than 50 large-scale enterprises and member units of the Jining Economic and Technological Development Zone Entrepreneurs Association attended the meeting, and Liu Xiaowei, the Minister of the Organization Department of the Economic Development Zone, presided over the meeting.

The members of the preaching team for this event include Li Juan, Secretary of the Party Branch of Jining Talent Service Center, Zhou Mingpeng, Head of the Talent Mobility Service Department of Jining Talent Service Center, Zhao Qing, Graduate Employment Service Department of Jining Talent Service Center, Luan Yan, Head of the Personnel Agency Department of Jining Human Resources Market Configuration Service Center, and Xu Hui, Head of the Employment Training Department of Jining Employment Office.

The members of the preaching team gave detailed explanations on strengthening the construction of high-level talent teams in enterprises to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, enterprise employment registration and procedures, employment training, job subsidies, social security subsidies, entrepreneurship guarantee loans, and relevant policies of our city's college graduates' employment internship base. Lectures were given on the procedures for employers to receive college graduates, basic public services for enterprise personnel agency and mobile personnel personnel files, scheduling and publishing channels for human resources market job fairs, and methods for booking exhibition booths at on-site job fairs. The official website of Jining Human Resources Market Configuration Service Center and the functions of China Confucius Talent Network were also discussed. At the lecture, the staff of the Organization Department (Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) of the Economic Development Zone also distributed relevant documents and promotional materials on employment and talent service policies to the responsible persons of various enterprises. The presentation was easy to understand and clear, with strong guidance and operability, and was warmly welcomed by the attendees.

Through promotional activities, enterprises in the Economic Development Zone have gained further understanding of employment and talent service policies, promoted the implementation of talent policies, and increased the awareness and influence of policies. Efforts should be made to enable enterprises in the Economic Development Zone to fully understand and enjoy employment and talent policies.
