Sciengreen's 2024 Spring Festival collective university study comes to a successful conclusion

On February 22nd, with laughter and applause,Sciengreen's 2024 Spring Festival collective university study came to a successful conclusion. More than 130 Sciengreen family members participated in the five-day learning program throughout the entire process.

This learning session starts at 8:30 on February 18th and is divided into three parts. The first lesson conducted was the "First Class of Construction" and the training on safety knowledge for all staff. Wang Liuliu, the director of the Safety and Quality Audit Center, shared on safety production laws and regulations, warning education cases, etc. Through learning, the students have deepened their understanding of work safety, learned methods and skills to prevent various safety risks, improved their ability to respond to emergencies, and ensured the safety and stability of the workplace. 

Financial knowledge training is the second part of the learning process. Yan Xuanxuan from the Financial Management Center gave detailed presentations on two topics: expense reimbursement and personal income tax. The specialized training on expense reimbursement covers the standardized processes and precautions for various types of expense reimbursement, and provides students with a deeper understanding through case analysis. The topic of personal income tax provides an in-depth interpretation of individual income tax policies and calculation methods, helping employees to correctly understand and declare individual income tax, ensuring compliance. 

On the afternoon of February 18th, a four and a half day "Chinese Excellent Culture Inheritance Training Course" was held. Although it was a video course, the course organizer organized a team of 32 volunteers to carefully organize and arrange the learning, food, accommodation, tea breaks, and other aspects of the students during the learning period. They provided learning guidance and life services for everyone, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of this course. In the four and a half day course, the teacher starts with the general outline of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and through the ten learning methods of traditional culture, allows everyone to directly enter the core area of Chinese culture and connect with the source and vitality of traditional culture. Chinese traditional culture is a culture of "love" and a culture of "loyalty and filial piety"; The teacher talked about "filial piety" and the balance between loyalty and filial piety, from family to family tradition. Through his 12 years of hiking on the Yellow River, he made everyone understand what "balance between loyalty and filial piety" is, what "self obsession" is, and how to achieve "only gratitude, no complaints; only respect, no arrogance; breaking self obsession, changing patterns; treating you well, in a state of mind". The teacher also led everyone into Chinese history, from Yue Fei's balance of loyalty and filial piety, to the Battle of Red Cliffs, the Battle of Guandu, and Liu Bei's three visits to the thatched cottage, to gain insights into Chinese culture through historical stories. The teacher's sharing is sometimes tear jerking, sometimes vivid and humorous. The students listened one by one, either lost in thought or taking notes.

On the afternoon of the third day, the students changed into gorgeous costumes and participated in the Chinese national gratitude ceremony - "Birthday Gift". The low hanging cuffs, high hat, and profound and ancient music make people feel like they are transported back to the era when etiquette was prevalent. Under the guidance of the host, the students bowed and spoke with sincere hearts, paying respects, bowing to their parents, and expressing gratitude. Grateful to parents and connected to them.

This learning experience has enabled every student to rediscover the excellent traditional Chinese culture. The excellent traditional culture of China is profound and extensive. The development of the company must draw strength from traditional culture, use history as a mirror, learn from successful emperors in ancient times, learn from excellent Confucian merchants in ancient China, summarize thousands of years of historical experience and lessons, explore the combination of corporate culture and traditional culture, integrate the wisdom and essence of traditional culture into the company's management, and achieve rapid and sustainable development of the company.
