Our company has successfully passed the expert evaluation of relevant units with standardized labor employment procedures and a sound employment system. On the basis of being an AAA level harmonious labor relations enterprise for 16 years, it has been officially rated as an AAAA level harmonious labor relations enterprise in Jining City for 2017 by the Jining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Jining Federation of Trade Unions, Jining Economic and Information Commission, and Jining Federation of Industry and Commerce. 

In the creation of a "harmonious labor relations enterprise", the company complies with the labor contract system, labor employment filing system, and collective contract equal negotiation system in accordance with the law. We actively promote and deepen the democratic management of factory affairs, establish and improve the democratic system of factory affairs openness, coordinate with trade unions to promote it, and actively participate in the long-term work mechanism of the majority of employees.
