The factory site is adjacent to the Nanpu Reclamation Area to the northwest, and the planned port railway line to the south. It is about 1.5km southwest of Fujian Refinery, about 1.5km southeast of Xiaocuo Port, and about 11km west of Fuxia Highway (324 National Highway). The factory site is located northeast of Meizhou Bay.
