The company has once again won the bid for Shanxi Taigang's stainless steel TRT scale inhibitor business

Recently, our company once again won the bid for the TRT scale inhibitor business of Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. Our company has provided scale inhibitors to Taigang for two consecutive years, and our quality and service have been highly recognized and evaluated by the client.

TISCO is a super large steel joint venture integrating iron mining, steel production, processing, distribution, and trade. It is also a leading enterprise in the global stainless steel industry, with an annual production capacity of 12 million tons of steel (including 4.3 million tons of stainless steel) and three blast furnace gas residual pressure turbine power generation equipment (TRT). TRT specific scale inhibitor is a chemical developed to prevent scaling and corrosion of TRT blades during operation. Our company conducted a detailed quantitative analysis of scale samples on the moving and stationary blades based on the characteristics of scale and corrosion in the TRT systems of major steel enterprises during operation. After two years of scientific research experiments, we launched the first generation of TRT dedicated scale and corrosion inhibitors in 2009. Over the past three years, we have ensured the long-term safe, stable, and full load operation of TRT devices in major steel enterprises. Based on the experience of dozens of steel companies in TRT chemical stabilization treatment over the past three years and the fact that the first generation of TRT specific scale and corrosion inhibitors in the industry can form chemical scale after long-term use, the second generation of TRT specific scale and corrosion inhibitors has been launched, which have lower gasification temperatures, better scale and corrosion inhibition effects, and will not form chemical scale. In 2015, the company launched its third generation product, which not only effectively prevents scale but also enhances the corrosion inhibition performance of the chemicals, extending the service life of TRT equipment and gas pipelines.
