On August 15-17, 2018, Professor Yin Shumei, Technical Director of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., led a delegation to attend the "2018 China (Puyang) Petrochemical Industry Integration Development Conference". The China Petrochemical Industry Integration Development Conference is organized and held by the China Chemical Industry Information Center. This meeting mainly discusses how to achieve the goal of China's transition from a petrochemical power to a petrochemical powerhouse under the current situation, and how to achieve high-quality development.

On August 16th, the conference was officially held. The conference focused on discussing the development direction of the extension and refinement of important petrochemical industry chains such as refining olefins under the current situation, sharing relevant technologies and demonstration experiences that promote the safe, green, and intelligent development of petrochemical enterprises and parks, and bringing more inspiration to the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry. More than 20 authoritative experts and scholars, including Xu Lingming, former director of the National Energy Administration, Fu Xiangsheng, vice president of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, Shu Xingtian, academician of the CAE Member, Gu Zongqin, president of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute, and Professor Yin Shumei, technical director of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., attended the conference.

Director of the China Chemical Industry Information Center, Shui Min, pointed out that the current pattern of China's petroleum and chemical industry is constantly integrating and optimizing. The industrial development is moving from the survival stage to the ecological stage. Xu Dingming, former director of the National Energy Administration, pointed out that the next 10 years will be a crucial decade for the transformation of new and old driving forces in the world economy. As for the petroleum industry, we need to be fully prepared to move towards the post oil era. In the post oil era, we need to address high and extremely high oil prices from various fields, and vigorously encourage and support the development of new and renewable energy, as well as the development of oil substitute products. Fu Xiangsheng, Vice President of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, delivered a keynote speech on "High Quality Development of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry". Regarding the China US trade war, Fu Xiangsheng believes that its recent impact on China's petrochemical industry is not significant and its direct impact is not significant. However, indirect and medium-term impacts cannot be ignored, such as certain impacts on petrochemical coatings, pigments, synthetic materials, liquefied natural gas, and energy products.

Dong Zhanfeng, Deputy Director of the Environmental Policy Department of the Environmental Planning Institute of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, introduced the latest national environmental protection policies for the chemical industry. Gu Zongqin, President of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Planning Institute, delivered a keynote speech on "Key Analysis of the Development of China's Petrochemical and Chemical Industry". Qu Yansong, Deputy Chief Economist of Sinopec Economic and Technological Research Institute, stated that from the perspective of raw materials, in 2017, the domestic coal/methanol to olefin ethylene production capacity share had reached about 23%, greatly changing the domestic ethylene industry pattern. However, due to the current pressure on coal chemical projects in various provinces and cities in China, it is expected that project construction will slow down. Song Wenbo, Director of the New Product Development Institute at Sinopec Beijing Chemical Research Institute, pointed out that the differentiation and high performance of polyolefin resins in China are significant. Typical examples include: automotive polypropylene resin, transparent impact polypropylene, soft polypropylene, high melt strength polypropylene, propylene butadiene copolymer, biaxially oriented and cast polyethylene, high melt injection molding LLDPE PE100-RC。 Zhang Songchen, Project Director of the Consulting Division of China Chemical Information Center, pointed out that in 2017, the production of environmentally friendly coatings in China reached 10 million tons, of which water-based coatings were the main variety, accounting for 75%.

The goal of zero wastewater discharge is imperative. The large amount of wastewater discharged and the difficulty in treating it are major challenges in achieving standard discharge of chemical wastewater. Part of the chemical wastewater contains indole, benzo [a] pyrene, naphthalene, indene, etc., which are the focus of wastewater treatment in chemical plants. The near zero discharge technology of chemical wastewater reuse circulating water system has the following advantages: lower equipment investment or renovation costs; Widely applicable in various fields; The technical processing method is simple, ensuring the stable operation of the circulating water system; To achieve the reuse of wastewater and improve the utilization rate of water resources, this technology can bring significant economic benefits to enterprises.Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. has its own intellectual property rights in near zero pollution technology and continues to conduct research and development.
