Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is located on Yushan Island in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. It is a large-scale integrated refining and chemical project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., invested by Zhejiang Rongsheng Holdings Group Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 173 billion yuan. It is the core project of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Industry Base, the leader of the seven major petrochemical bases in the national 13th Five Year Plan, and the largest single investment project in the world so far. The project has received high attention from central ministries and commissions such as the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission, and State Oceanic Administration, as well as the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Government. The total plan for the first and second phases of the project is 40 million tons/year for refining, 10.4 million tons/year for aromatics, and 2.8 million tons/year for ethylene. Zhejiang Province has proposed a 10 word construction standard for Zhejiang Petrochemical, namely "private, green, international, trillion yuan, flagship". Referring to the requirements of world-class petrochemical bases, the selection of Zhejiang Petrochemical projects from design to construction, from process technology to production equipment, is carried out in accordance with international advanced standards. High standard construction based on projects, Shell BP、 Top global petrochemical and energy companies such as Total, Honeywell, PetroChina, Sinopec, and Sinochem Group have participated to varying degrees in the project construction cooperation. The cleaning amount before the equipment is put into operation reaches tens of millions, and the requirements for cleaning units are also very high. We are fully prepared and ready to enter the construction site in February 2019. At present, the company has established the Sciengreen Zhejiang Petrochemical Project Department, and some project management and technical personnel have entered Zhejiang Petrochemical. The project kick-off meeting and docking meeting have also been held, and the first batch of cleaning projects, material and equipment plans, and project schedule have been sorted out.
