The stones around us can also attack jade - our company launched the "Learn from Excellent Enterprises" activity for the 2018-19 fiscal year

On February 15, 2019, our management team of twelve people, led by Chairman Tian Mingge, visited three excellent companies around us, Ruixiang Mold, Shenli Rigging, and Jiaxing Packaging, for inspection and learning. Starting from the 2016-17 fiscal year, our company organizes management team members to conduct field trips and learn from each other, and carries out the "Learn from Excellent Enterprises" activity every fiscal year.

The first stop for inspection is Shandong Ruixiang Mold Co., Ltd., which is a national high-tech enterprise, a trustworthy enterprise in Shandong Province, and a provincial-level "one enterprise, one technology research and development center". There are currently over 200 processing and testing equipment, including more than 60 precision, large and rare equipment. The company focuses on technological innovation and has obtained 40 national patents and participated in the formulation of 25 national and industry standards. It has been awarded the title of "China Patent Shandong Star Enterprise". Its core product testing block has a monopoly position in the domestic market and is known as the "first block in China". The inspection team first visited the Ruixiang Mold Exhibition Hall. Wei Zhongrui, Chairman of Ruixiang Mold, gave us a detailed introduction on Ruixiang's development history, business overview, advantageous products, technological strength, corporate culture, etc. Subsequently, we had a discussion with the management team of Ruixiang Mold. Meng Fanbao, the manager of Ruixiang's marketing department, gave wonderful presentations on market development and management, and Bian Yongfeng, the manager of Ruixiang's technology department, gave excellent presentations on technological innovation and progress. Ruixiang's leaders also answered and shared the questions we raised without reservation. Finally, the inspection team visited the Ruixiang factory area.

The second stop of the investigation is Shandong Shenli Rigging Co., Ltd. Shen Li Chairman Du Yazhong and General Manager Du Daping led everyone to understand the history of the establishment and growth of the enterprise, allowing us to experience the strong corporate culture of large enterprises. Later, we visited the stamping workshop, welding workshop, heat treatment workshop, mold manufacturing workshop and other main production flow lines. We see spacious factories with divine power, modern equipment, automated operations, high-tech applications, and the entire process from parts to assembly. At the same time, the workers on the assembly line are nervous, orderly, and proficient in their control skills, with a high enthusiasm for work and a team spirit of division of labor and cooperation, which makes the leaders feel novel and shocked. In the Shenli Conference Room, nearly 20 members of the Shenli management team participated in a discussion and gave wonderful presentations on enterprise asset management, technological progress, cost control and assessment.

In the afternoon, the inspection team attended the 2019 Business Launch Annual Meeting of Jiaxing Packaging Co., Ltd. in Jining City, and learned about the development process of Jiaxing Packaging from small to large, from a production value of several million to a production value of 170 million in 2018. Throughout the entire business launch process, they also felt the hard work, struggle, and passion of Jiaxing Packaging employees.

At 5 pm, the inspection team returned to the company for inspection sharing and summary, and was assigned to develop an action plan based on the results of the inspection. During the one-day "Learn from Excellent Enterprises" event, everyone saw three companies with their own unique features and bright spots, full of vitality and energy. Everyone generally reported that they had gained a lot and felt very excited and deeply inspired. At the summary meeting, Chairman Tian Mingge pointed out the five pillar paths of our company's "four step" strategy, based on the results of his study tour in Shenzhen at the end of 2018

In the future, we will continue to organize our management team to conduct field trips, broaden our horizons, gain experience, enhance our abilities, empower our team, and work together with our employees to continuously learn and improve, building a great company together.
