Never forget the original intention, forge ahead - Remembering the Huarun Dengfeng # 4 Boiler (630MW) Acid Cleaning Project

In February 2019, our company undertook the acid washing project of the # 4 boiler (630MW) at the Huarun Dengfeng Power Plant of Rundian Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Rundian), and it has been successfully completed.

This project is the first boiler acid washing project of China Resources System in the Central Plains region, and it has significant strategic significance. Therefore, Rundian has strict requirements when selecting pickling manufacturers. After a comprehensive evaluation of our company's scale capability, technical strength, qualification performance, mechanical equipment, personnel configuration, and other aspects, we were ultimately selected as the winning bidder to undertake the project.

Our company took a total of 15 days from receiving the winning bid notification for the project to the owner's request for acid washing to be completed, which is a very tight schedule. The company is in urgent need of customers, and the cleaning project center immediately deployed personnel and equipment to establish a project construction team in a very short period of time. Construction manager Huang Fujun and project manager Hong Fei actively carried out equipment allocation and various procedures for starting construction. Successfully entered on March 1st.

The cleaning task this time is heavy, the schedule is tight, the on-site requirements are strict, and the construction difficulty is high. After entering the site, the construction personnel strictly followed the requirements of Rundian to handle various safety access procedures such as gas cylinders, chain hoists, cranes, electric tools, and permits. After the start of construction, all construction personnel demonstrated the spirit of fearlessness and courage to strive, worked overtime, and used all their time to catch up with the progress. After 10 consecutive days of hard work, all acid washing work was finally completed on March 10th. On March 11th, leaders from multiple departments of Rundian and Dengfeng Power Plant conducted a joint inspection, and on March 12th, water was officially supplied without any leaks in the temporary system. With the collective efforts of colleagues in the project department, the cleaning work of the project was successfully completed according to the schedule milestones of "zero accidents" and "zero injuries".

The relevant leaders of China Resources Dengfeng Power Plant also expressed their intention to continue expanding the scope of cooperation with our company. Rundian has entrusted our company to undertake the chemical cleaning project of Cangzhou Huarun Thermal Power # 1 boiler, and the Cangzhou project has entered the construction phase.
