Two scientific research projects have been selected for the "2020 Science and Technology Guidance Plan Achievement Promotion Project" by the Petrochemical Federation

On June 5, 2020, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation announced the "2020 China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Science and Technology Guidance Plan" through the "Petrochemical Smart Hub Network". The plan is divided into two parts: the first part is the 2020 China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation Science and Technology Guidance Plan, with a total of 180 items; The second part includes 17 projects for promoting the achievements of the 2020 Science and Technology Guidance Plan of the Petrochemical Federation; The Petrochemical Federation's 2019 Science and Technology Guidance Plan includes 26 projects for promoting achievements. Our company's independently developed "low-cost zero discharge solution for industrial wastewater" and "on-site treatment solution for chemical cleaning waste liquid" have been shortlisted for the 2020 Science and Technology Guidance Plan Achievement Promotion Project.

Low cost and zero discharge solution for industrial wastewater 

In recent years, new environmental protection laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law and the Action Plan for Water Pollution Prevention and Control have been successively promulgated, and environmental requirements have become increasingly strict. Local governments in multiple provinces have explicitly required zero discharge of enterprise wastewater and increased supervision and law enforcement efforts. Currently, most enterprises generally adopt the membrane method+evaporation crystallization zero emission process. However, the cost of treating one ton of water with this process is nearly 100 yuan, which greatly increases the burden on enterprises and makes them suffer unbearable.Sciengreen, who has always regarded customers' problems as their own issues, actively conducts research and development of new technologies. Through the efforts of technical personnel, they have finally developed a breakthrough technology for comprehensive utilization of water resources and recycling water treatment - the "Industrial Wastewater Low Cost Zero Discharge Solution", which has the following three innovative points: 

1. Changing the evaporation method: Utilizing the natural evaporation system of cooling towers for evaporation greatly reduces costs. 
2. Replacing primary water with industrial wastewater as the water source for the circulating cooling water system saves a significant amount of primary water. 
3. Change the control method of the circulating cooling water system. The traditional method controls water quality through a large amount of drainage, while this technology uses specialized chemicals to significantly reduce drainage. 
This technology enables enterprises to achieve near zero sewage discharge at extremely low costs, opening up a groundbreaking new path for efficient utilization of sewage treatment and water resources, making zero sewage discharge a reality. 
On site treatment solution for chemical cleaning waste liquid 
The problem of difficult waste liquid treatment and high treatment costs caused by chemical cleaning processes has always been a challenge for enterprises and cleaning manufacturers, and coupled with the increasingly severe environmental situation, this problem must be solved.Sciengreen has successfully developed a "chemical cleaning waste liquid on-site treatment solution" through research and reference 

of multiple advanced technologies at home and abroad, combined with more than ten years of sewage treatment experience and thousands of experiments. This technology can fully treat key indicators such as CDO and ammonia nitrogen to meet the relevant requirements of the GB8978-1996 comprehensive sewage discharge standard. By optimizing the selection and ratio of treatment agents, the treatment efficiency can be increased from 10-20% of ordinary treatment methods to 50-60%, greatly improving the treatment capacity and solving the worries of many industrial enterprises and cleaning manufacturers.
