On April 29, 2020, the "Jining Industrial Wastewater Treatment Special Matchmaking Conference" hosted by Jining Science and Technology Bureau and Jining Industrial Technology Research Institute, and organized by Jining Economic Development Zone Economic Development Bureau and Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. was successfully held at Jining Industrial Technology Research Institute. Su Zhen, Deputy Director of Jining Science and Technology Bureau, Lv Shuangjiang, Assistant Dean of Jining Industrial Technology Research Institute, Liu Jun, Deputy Director of Jining Economic Development Zone Economic Development Bureau, Yin Shumei, Professor of Qingdao University of Science and Technology and R&D Director of Sciengreen Company, and relevant leaders from 40 enterprises attended the conference.
Currently, the problem of water intake and wastewater treatment in industrial enterprises is constantly intensifying, seriously restricting the normal production and operation of enterprises. In the context of the epidemic, in order to better promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises and help industrial enterprises in Jining solve the problem of industrial wastewater treatment, the Jining Science and Technology Bureau and the Industrial Technology Research Institute hosted this conference.
Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd., in collaboration with the School of Environment at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, has developed a "low-cost zero discharge solution for industrial wastewater". At this conference, Professor Yin first gave a detailed introduction to this technology. The innovation of this technology lies in:
(1) Replacing primary water with industrial wastewater as the water source for the circulating cooling water system saves a significant amount of primary water.
(2) By changing the evaporation method and utilizing the natural evaporation system of cooling towers, energy consumption is greatly reduced.
(3) Change the control method of the circulating cooling water system. The traditional method controls water quality by discharging a large amount of water, while Sciengreen uses specialized chemicals to control it. The circulating water system
basically does not discharge water, greatly reducing water intake and discharge.
This technology ensures that the concentration ratio of the circulating water system reaches 40-100 times through corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition, dirt dispersion, degradation, heavy metal removal, and other functions, achieving extremely low-cost near zero discharge operation for enterprises. It provides a disruptive new way for sewage treatment and efficient utilization of water resources, making low-cost zero discharge of sewage a reality. This technology has been successfully applied in more than ten enterprises in industries such as coking, biopharmaceuticals, pesticides, and waste to energy generation.
The conference invited representatives from three companies currently using the "low-cost zero discharge solution for industrial wastewater" to share their experiences. General Manager Li Shicun of Jinxiang Shengyun Environmental Protection Power Co., Ltd. shared the "Near Zero Discharge Project of Jinxiang Shengyun Environmental Protection Power Co., Ltd.", Director Wu Yanrui of the Production Technology Department of Shandong Tiexiong Xinsha Energy Co., Ltd. shared the "Application Practice of Low Cost Zero Discharge in Coking Plants", and Director Li Jian of the Public Works Department of Xinhua Pharmaceutical (Shouguang) Co., Ltd. shared the "Application Practice of Low Cost Zero Discharge in Biopharmaceuticals". The three companies demonstrated the outstanding results achieved by the on-site application of new technologies, which verified their effectiveness The low-cost zero discharge solution for industrial wastewater can meet the zero discharge requirements of low-cost recycling and circulating water systems for industrial wastewater in enterprises, achieving the goal of saving primary water and reducing wastewater discharge. It also ensures the long-term safe and stable operation of production, creating significant economic and social benefits for enterprises.
