The chemical cleaning project for the boiler and condenser of Tianjia'an Power Plant undertaken by Sciengreen has received high praise from customers

In May 2020,Sciengreen undertook the chemical cleaning project for the boiler and condenser of Unit 6 of Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd.'s Huainan Tianjia'an Power Plant (hereinafter referred to as Tianjia'an Power Plant). The cleaning effect was excellent and received unanimous praise from customers. Tianjia'an Power Plant also sent a letter of commendation, giving high praise and recognition to our company's cleaning team for their high sense of responsibility, high-quality cleaning, and efficient construction.

Tianjia'an Power Plant is located in Huainan, Anhui Province, a hundred mile coal city on the banks of the Huai River. It is a power plant with a history of more than 60 years and currently operates two 300000 kilowatt units. In 2019, our company participated in the bidding for the chemical cleaning project of Unit 5 boiler and won the bid with an absolute advantage. The cleaning effect of Unit 5 is significant, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, enhancing the water and steam quality of the unit, and greatly reducing the risk of accidents caused by corrosion and scaling of the heating surface. It has been recognized and unanimously praised by the leaders of the power plant.

At the beginning of 2020, the boiler of Unit 6 of Tianjia'an Power Plant passed the cut tube inspection and met the chemical cleaning standard. The power plant immediately began organizing bidding, and after expert evaluation, our company won the bid with the first place in both technology and business. During the construction process, the construction team adhered to the corporate mission of "continuously striving for clean, low consumption, and efficient operation for users", and completed the boiler acid cleaning task with high quality and quantity in advance while ensuring safety. During the overhaul period, Tianjia'an Power Plant discovered that the condenser of Unit 6 also needed to be pickled. After bidding, our company won the bid again. The pickling period for the condenser is even more urgent, only one week. Our company, with the aim of addressing the urgent needs of our customers and solving their problems, arranged equipment overnight and increased personnel to enter the site. With the full cooperation of the construction team, we successfully completed the acid cleaning task of the boiler and condenser on schedule with high quality and quantity. The cleaned metal inner surface is clean, with visible metal substrate and good passivation effect. There is no secondary floating rust or pitting corrosion, which has received high praise from customers.
