Sciengreen won the "2019 National Coking Industry Energy saving and Environmental Protection Excellent Product Technology Award"

From June 3rd to 5th, 2020, the "2020 (7th) National Coking Industry Coke Oven Gas Comprehensive Utilization, Pollution Control, and Dry Quenching Technology Exchange Conference" was successfully held in Zibo, Shandong. Professor Yin Shumei, Technical Director of the R&D Center of sciengreen Company, and personnel from the Coal Metallurgy Business Department were invited to attend this grand event.

The purpose of this meeting is to further promote the technological progress and high-quality development of the coking industry, and to solve the problems in design, construction, and production operations; To meet the needs of the coking industry for comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas, energy conservation and environmental protection, water and gas pollution control, dry quenching technology and other learning and improvement, and to build a platform for upstream and downstream enterprises of coal coking to learn and exchange, and share the most advanced industry technologies at home and abroad.

At the meeting, Professor Yin Shumei, Technical Director of our company's R&D center, gave a special report on "Low cost and Zero discharge Solution for Industrial Wastewater". In response to the difficulties of treating coking wastewater and the high cost of treating one ton of water in the production process of coking enterprises, this solution realizes the reuse of suitable coking wastewater into the circulating water system. By adding zero emission special agents to maintain the system from corrosion and scaling, it not only saves dry and clean circulating makeup water but also treats sewage without discharging wastewater. It effectively solves the problem of wastewater treatment in coking enterprises, with low cost and energy saving, and is highly praised and praised by coking enterprises! 

The conference also commended the outstanding supporting units of national coking star enterprises and various sections of the coking industry.
