In July, Xingrui Company entered a new fiscal year. After a thorough analysis of the company's development over the past year, the strategic theme for the new fiscal year has been determined as "strictly controlling costs and improving operational quality". In order to effectively implement the business unit system and achieve new breakthroughs and significant improvements in various work in the new year, on July 10th, Xingrui Company officially launched the annual routine activity of "Learning from Excellent Enterprises". Under the leadership of President Tian Mingge, a team of 11 company executives visited and studied at two companies in Yanzhou District, Jining City. The first stop for learning was Shandong Liancheng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The deputy general manager of Liancheng, Jie Yunlong, and the deputy general manager, Wu Weiming, as well as other relevant leaders and department heads warmly received the Xingrui study group and provided detailed experience introductions on Liancheng's practices in technological innovation, business models, marketing, and human resource management. They patiently and thoroughly answered the inquiries of the study group members. After the experience exchange, Mr. Jie led the Xingrui learning group to visit the production workshop of Liancheng Company. Liancheng Company's precise market positioning, profound technical strength, strong production capacity, advanced intelligent production lines, clean and orderly on-site management, and pragmatic work style left a deep impression on the visitors.
After leaving Liancheng Company, the study group drove to the second stop of this study - Shandong Tianyi Machinery Co., Ltd. The clean company environment and grand office building were the first impression left on the study group. Director Gao Ping, the receptionist of Tianyi Company, can be regarded as a professional tour guide. The study group followed her to experience Tianyi Company's strong and unique corporate culture, especially its ecological party building culture and employee behavior culture, which was refreshing. After listening to the sharing of relevant leaders such as Chairman Liu Hongbin of Tianyi Company, the members of the study group gained new insights and gains.
