On the morning of July 19th,Sciengreen Environment's 2019-2020 fiscal year summary and commendation, as well as the 2020-2021 strategic goal signing conference, were grandly held in the company's multifunctional hall.
Before the meeting began, more than 100 guests and company officials and employees held a solemn flag raising ceremony in front of the office building. Holding flag raising ceremonies every Monday and during major company events has been a long-standing commitment of Sciengreen Company, representing a culture, an education, and a deep sense of patriotism.
The company specially invited Professor Kuang Shaoping, Dean of the Graduate School of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, two postdoctoral fellows Sun Liang and Liu Shuai who have entered the sciengreen postdoctoral workstation, as well as Dr. Kang Yan and Mr. Men Kai, Deputy General Manager of Rizhao Dongrun Organic Silicon Co., Ltd., and other guests to attend the conference. Mr. Tian Mingge, President of the company, Mr. Li Xinchun, Executive Supervisor, Mr. Cheng Kaigang, Chief Operating Officer, and Professor Yin Shumei, Research and Development Director, accompanied the guests to sit in the front row.
8: At 58 points, the host made an appearance amidst enthusiastic applause, and the conference officially opened. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Cheng Kaigang, the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In his opening speech, Mr. Cheng elaborated on the purpose of this annual meeting, introduced and welcomed the guests, and expressed condolences and gratitude to the employees who were unable to attend the meeting on site due to work outside.
Firstly, the guest representative, Dean Kuang, delivered a speech at the annual meeting. He summarized the friendly cooperation between Sciengreen and Qingke University, expressed sincere expectations, and expressed good wishes for the development of Sciengreen Company and Sciengreen's 21st birthday.
Next, as the main content of this annual meeting, Mr. Tian Mingge, the CEO of the company, gave a 56 minute report on the work of the fiscal year. Mr. Tian's report is detailed, comprehensive, and objective, summarizing achievements, analyzing problems, clarifying requirements, and pointing out directions.
When it comes to achievements, Mr. Tian summarized them from eleven aspects, including the counter trend double growth of the collection output value, market optimization, market expansion, financial improvement, innovative achievements, strengthening of the talent team, hardware and software upgrades, fulfilling social responsibilities, fighting against the epidemic and turning it into an opportunity, completing the core refinement of the enterprise cultural system, and the honors and awards obtained by the company in the previous fiscal year. He said that wisdom, courage, responsibility and sweat were behind every achievement, and the most valuable achievement was that the company still achieved double growth of payment collection and output value under the serious impact of Sino US trade friction and the COVID-19 epidemic.
When it comes to issues, Mr. Tian conducted a thorough analysis and sounded the alarm for everyone regarding the problems in profitability, technological innovation, construction site management, and safety and environmental protection management. He requested that they be highly valued and included in the next year's work priorities, and be seriously addressed.
When it comes to the work for the next fiscal year, Mr. Tian not only made clear plans, but also made specific arrangements for measures.
In the next fiscal year, the company's key tasks include deepening the Amoeba business model, piloting the business unit system, expanding the "Water Steward" business model, strengthening technological innovation, enhancing human resource construction, strengthening supervision and accounting, and improving service capabilities and levels. Mr. Tian has put forward clear work guidelines and specific target tasks for each department involved in the work, which are clear and executable.
According to the agenda of the conference, the annual outstanding recognition, release of new fiscal year goals, signing of target responsibility agreements, speeches by the general managers of each business unit, distribution of "filial piety funds", team display, and collective oath taking by management personnel were carried out.
