In order to implement the spirit of the Provincial New Industrialization Promotion Conference, deepen the implementation of the innovation driven development strategy, enhance industrial innovation capabilities, promote the deep integration of industrial chain innovation chains, lead and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, enhance the independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness of enterprises, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province has organized the application work for the first batch of Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Innovation Project Plan in 2024. After recommendations from various cities and relevant units, as well as expert discussions, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the list of selected enterprises for the 2024 Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Innovation Project Plan (first batch) on May 17. Our company's independently developed circulating cooling water zero discharge reverse electrode electrochemical equipment project was successfully selected.
The electrochemical automatic reverse electrode descaling device listed in this project uses the exchange of the polarity of the anode and cathode plates to utilize the pH conditions generated by the surface reaction of the plates. Through the combined action of small bubbles generated by the reaction and other plate reactions, the scale on the plates is pushed out and discharged, and then discharged through the lower sludge outlet of the device. This process can achieve both descaling and descaling simultaneously, and can achieve fully automatic descaling without human interference, without damaging the electrode plate, and without introducing other pollutants. To achieve the above goals, the project also involves the development of a set of positive and negative electrode plate reaction groups, which are coated to produce plates that are not easily corroded and applied to reverse electrode electrochemistry to prevent anodic corrosion. This electrode plate uses original materials to improve the efficiency of cathode descaling, and the anode generates a large number of strong oxidizing groups, making the device capable of both sterilization, algae removal, and scale inhibition. It can reduce or even replace chemical agents, and has good energy-saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection effects.
The product of this project is one of the core equipment for achieving near zero discharge of wastewater in industrial water systems. It can be applied to various water related enterprises, especially the circulating water system and sewage system of power, coking, biopharmaceutical, pesticide, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and other enterprises with large water consumption. It reduces the amount of wastewater discharge and replenishment for enterprises and helps them save water and reduce emissions.
