On May 14th,Sciengreen Company held an appointment ceremony and officially appointed Mr. Xing Lihua, a senior expert in the industrial water treatment industry, as the company's senior consultant. Both parties will establish a deep and close cooperative relationship to jointly create a new pattern of water treatment industry.

Mr. Xing Lihua graduated from Lanzhou University with a major in Physical Chemistry. He has long been rooted in the field of industrial water treatment and has over 20 years of experience in industrial circulating water treatment. He is a senior expert in this field. He is proficient in industrial water treatment theory, chemical formula, and on-site application. He has been engaged in the development, on-site application, and technical guidance of circulating water treatment products in several domestic enterprises and research institutions. He has provided circulating cooling water system solutions and on-site services for many large petrochemical, coal chemical, power, and metallurgical enterprises in China, and has in-depth research and unique insights into sterilization, corrosion inhibition, and scale inhibition in industrial water treatment. 

On the morning of May 14th, Mr. Xing Lihua was invited to visit Sciengreen Company. Accompanied by the company's President Tian Mingge, Senior Consultant Professor Yin Shumei, General Manager of the Chemical Division Zhang Jianbin, and Technical Department Manager Yao Feifei, he visited the company's exhibition hall. Subsequently, the two sides exchanged views on industry hot issues such as the current situation of the industrial water industry, water treatment development trends, electrochemistry, water quality analysis, and green and environmentally friendly water treatment agent formula design.

In the company auditorium, Mr. Xing Lihua gave a technical lecture entitled "The Past and Present of Circulating Water" to our management, technology, research and development, sales and service, business and other related personnel, and conducted in-depth exchanges. Teacher Xing emphasized the importance and methods of microbial control. Teacher Xing's idea of strengthening bacterial and microbial control in circulating water treatment coincides with our company. As early as 2014, our company's Sciengreen brand bactericidal and algicidal agent developed for microbial control in circulating water was rated as a "Shandong Famous Brand" product.

Based on the recognition of the cultural value system of the Sciengreen people, Mr. Xing Lihua has been appointed as a senior consultant of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. at the invitation of Mr. Tian Mingge, President of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. Subsequently, a grand appointment ceremony was held in the lobby of the first floor of the company's R&D building, where Mr. Tian presented Mr. Xing Lihua with an appointment certificate.

Since 2014, the company has implemented the "mentorship" system internally, selecting individuals with excellent conduct and outstanding abilities as teachers, and focusing on cultivating potential employees. During the two-day learning exchange with Mr. Xing, Zhang Jianbin, General Manager of our Chemical Business Unit, Yao Feifei, Technical Manager, and Meng Xiaogang, Technical Supervisor, were deeply impressed by Mr. Xing Lihua's professional competence. Under the joint witness of President Tian Mingge, Senior Advisor Professor Yin Shumei, and relevant technical backbone of the company, a grand apprenticeship ceremony was held. After the apprenticeship process of presenting a letter, bowing, offering tea, and replying to a letter, the ceremony was completed.
