The third executive council meeting of the first session of the China Industrial Cleaning Association was successfully held in Zhuhai on April 9, 2013. The meeting discussed and passed a series of proposals, including the association's 2012 work report and 2013 work plan (draft); And it is suggested to submit the above proposal to the third session of the first council of the association for discussion and deliberation.

The third council meeting of the first session of the China Industrial Cleaning Association was successfully held in Zhuhai on April 10-11, 2013. Leaders, experts, and council members of sister associations and friendly enterprise units, such as Song Guanglan, Director of the Industry Association Liaison Office of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Pan Zonggao, Secretary General of the China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association, Meng Xianjie, Secretary General of the China Petroleum Engineering Construction Association, Zhang Hongwei, an expert from Sinopec Refining and Chemical Engineering Company, and Cui Yanchun, an expert from the Petrochemical Construction Branch of the China Construction Industry Association, gathered together to formulate the development plan for China's industrial cleaning industry.

The meeting approved: the association's 2012 work report and 2013 work plan (including the 2013 budget); Proposal for the establishment of the Association's Safety Working Committee; Proposal for the establishment of the Cleaning Engineering Professional Working Committee of the Association; Proposal for the establishment of the Professional Working Committee for Cleaning Equipment of the Association; Proposal for the establishment of the Association's Product Pharmaceutical Professional Working Committee; Proposal for the establishment of the National Cleaning Standardization Technical Committee. Agree to absorb some units as directors of the association; Agree to have 36 units become members of the association.

The meeting also discussed and approved the "Outline of the Technological Development Plan for the Industrial Cleaning Industry (2013-2020)", which is the first medium - to long-term development plan for China's industrial cleaning industry. The research project on scale inhibitors for wet flue gas desulfurization systems submitted by Jining Sciengreen Company has been selected as a key project in the "Planning Outline".

The meeting suggested that members of the organization association participate in the cleaning exhibition to be held in the United States in September 2013, and visit industrial cleaning service companies in the United States to exchange and learn advanced industrial cleaning technologies from abroad, demand technical and business cooperation, introduce world best practices, and improve the technical and management level of China's industrial cleaning industry.
During the meeting, relevant experts exchanged ideas with the attending representatives on "procedures for qualification review and solutions to existing problems", "pressure vessel chemical cleaning and testing projects, objectives and methods", "basic work of industrial cleaning equipment and suggestions for equipment standardization".

At the end of the meeting, Chairman Lu Shaohua called on all members of the association to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the National People's Congress, follow the deployment of the first and third council meetings, implement the association's articles of association, strengthen industry self-discipline, attach importance to scientific and technological innovation, standardize safety management, deepen cleaning qualification work, complete the construction of the association's organizational structure as soon as possible, actively promote industry standardization work, and jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's industrial cleaning industry!
