Based on the applicant's political performance, work achievements, personal honors, invention achievements, annual assessment, etc., after a process of organization recommendation by the unit, initial evaluation by the system supervisory department, and blind evaluation by external experts at the county level, which lasted for three months, on April 9th, the first batch of "Xiangcheng Talents" in Jiaxiang County were selected.
