CNOOC Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd. won the bid for the pre membrane cleaning and water treatment chemical business before system start-up.

CNOOC Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established on October 9, 2011 in Yuncheng County, Heze, Shandong Province. It is a joint venture company controlled by CNOOC Gas and Power Group. The coke oven tail gas recycling project under construction by the company is the first of its kind in China, with a total investment of about 440 million yuan. It utilizes the coke oven tail gas produced by the shareholder Heze Fuhai Energy's coal coking unit to produce LNG (liquefied natural gas) through advanced processes such as precision desulfurization, methanization, and cryogenic separation. The project is expected to produce 93700 tons of LNG annually, with good economic, environmental, and social benefits. The Heze LNG plant of CNOOC Shandong New Energy Co., Ltd. is equipped with a circulating cooling water system, which includes a circulating water pump room, cooling tower, bypass valve, and dosing device. The maximum circulating water volume is about 4000NM3/h, the supply pressure is about 0.4MPa, and the return pressure is about 0.2MPa.

On May 8, 2013, the company conducted a public bidding for the pre membrane cleaning and daily dosing operation treatment of the circulating water system before start-up. Our company actively responded to the unit's bidding invitation and provided a detailed technical plan and operating procedures for the system through a series of processes such as on-site sampling, laboratory analysis, and technical exchanges. In the end, it stood out among numerous bidding manufacturers and obtained the opportunity to provide technical services to CNOOC.

Our company has successfully signed the annual technical service contract for the Yuhuang Chemical Dongming Project Department.

On May 9th, the liquefied gas comprehensive utilization project department of Shandong Yuhuangshi Chemical Co., Ltd. Dongming Project Department conducted a public bidding for the pre membrane cleaning and daily dosing operation project of the newly built circulating water system. After receiving the bidding invitation from the unit, our company's water treatment expert Professor Zhuang Lihua went to the unit multiple times for on-site research and had detailed communication with the technical experts of the client unit. Yang Qingjun, the manager of the Chemistry Department, also gave up his vacation time on May 1st to conduct technical exchanges on site and implement the detailed terms of the technical agreement. Finally, the annual technical service contract was successfully signed.
