On May 24-27, 2013, the "National Symposium on Desalination of Bitter and Salty Water and the Fourth Expanded Meeting of the Fourth Council of the China Membrane Industry Association" was held in Lanzhou. The symposium was organized by the China Membrane Industry Association and co organized by the Gansu Academy of Membrane Science and Technology and other units.
The theme of this seminar is "brackish water desalination · industrial development". The conference invited experts, professors, scientists, entrepreneurs, government agencies, engineering companies and other units from the most influential universities and research institutions in the field of brackish water desalination to make a report on the conference: relevant experts from the National Engineering Research Center of Membrane Technology and Tianjin, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Shandong and Gansu delivered speeches at the conference, introducing the current situation of brackish water desalination and the new progress of brackish water desalination technology. Li Jing, Director of the Environmental Resources Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and other leaders personally attended the meeting and delivered important speeches; Deng Maicun, Secretary General of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a famous domestic chemical separation expert, made an important report on the development of domestic economic situation for the conference; Academician Gao Congkui, a renowned expert in membrane science and technology in China, also attended the conference. The attending experts also had on-site exchanges.
Our company sent representatives to attend the meeting and brought our ProtecMBC series membrane chemicals to have a pleasant exchange with relevant membrane manufacturers.
Through this conference, a platform for communication will be established for the effective utilization of water resources, drinking water safety, and urban water conservation in western China, and further promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements. Our company will also continue to optimize our membrane chemicals and contribute to the desalination of brackish water in our country.
