Xinjiang is the geographical center of the Eurasian continent, a key region that radiates Central Asia, enhances geopolitical influence, and promotes cooperation between the Eurasian continent. During the 12th Five Year Plan period, 19 provinces, cities, and the country's total aid and investment of over one trillion yuan in Xinjiang sparked a large-scale construction boom, and Xinjiang has enormous development potential that cannot be compared to other regions. In order to implement the company's four step strategy, promote the company to embark on the fast lane of development, and fully utilize the market resources in Xinjiang, the company has assessed the situation and decided to establish a Xinjiang branch. On February 28th, a public competition for the positions of General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Operations of Xinjiang Branch was held in the company's conference room.
The competition was chaired by Executive General Manager Li Tinghong, with members of the company's leadership team serving as judges and relevant personnel from the Enterprise Management Department participating in the competition.

The competition was conducted through on-site speeches and defenses. The atmosphere at the competition was tense and lively. Four candidates gave wonderful speeches on their understanding of the job position, their own competitive advantages, and their work plans after the competition. They also defended the questions raised by the judges. The speech and defense were well-organized, with broad thinking, full of passion and ambition for the job, reflecting the spirit of self introduction and daring to challenge oneself. The judges conducted on-site scoring based on the statements and defense situations of each candidate. Comrades Li Aibing and Wang Yutan stood out in the competition and successfully competed for the positions of General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Xinjiang Branch.
