Our company participated in the 2016 (5th) China Chemical Industry University Research Summit Forum

The 2016 (5th) China Chemical Industry University Research Summit Forum and the Promotion and Matchmaking Meeting for Convertible Scientific and Technological Achievements (Green Chemical Industry Special Session) were held from October 26th to 28th in Jinan, the capital city of China. Organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province, hosted by Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Shandong Chemical Industry Research Institute, and jointly organized by Shandong Chemical Industry Information Center, Shandong Green Chemical Technology Transfer Platform, and Shandong Fine Chemical Pilot Base, the aim is to build a platform for industry university research exchange, guide, support, and promote the transfer, transformation, and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in the chemical industry, and achieve deep integration of science and technology with the economy. The conference is the Chemical Industry University Research Summit Forum, a high-end brand conference in the domestic chemical industry university research field. This conference brings together hundreds of well-known experts and scholars in the industry, senior executives of enterprises, leaders of research and development units, and leaders of relevant national management agencies to participate in exchanges. Dozens of mainstream media outlets provide comprehensive coverage of the forum. More than 200 leaders and experts from the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, China Chemical Industry Information Association, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Shandong Chemical Research Institute, as well as chemical enterprise leaders, university professors, and research deans from all over the country, attended the forum.
At this forum, Professor Liu Xingyun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, delivered the opening speech. Fu Xiangsheng, Vice President of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, gave a special report on "Development Planning Ideas for Petroleum and Chemical Industry and Collaborative Innovation of Multinational Companies". Professor Liu Yu, Vice President and Secretary General of the China Chemical Industry Information Association, analyzed and predicted the economic operation and enterprise development of China's petroleum and chemical industry in 2016. Feng Weichun, president of Shandong Research Institute of Chemical Industry, director of Shandong Research Center for Aqueous Organic Synthesis and Clean Separation Engineering Technology, Mount Taishan scholar, and master's guide, delivered a report on "Application of Aqueous Organic Synthesis and Clean Separation Engineering Technology in Chemical Industry".

Our company's Chairman Tian Mingge, Professor Yin Shumei, and a group of six people attended the meeting. Yin Shumei gave a report on "Near Zero Discharge Technology for Chemical Wastewater Reuse in Circulating Cooling Water Systems". In addition, more than 30 experts from Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Shandong University, Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Henan Institute of Chemical Technology, and others gave presentations.

This summit is an annual event in the chemical industry, providing a broad platform for industry university research exchange. Combining expert reports with project releases, comprehensive chemistry with specialized fields, the general manager of the enterprise with professors from universities, and the chairman of the group with the dean of the School of Chemical Engineering, the attendees showed great interest from beginning to end, reaching multiple cooperation intentions. Even after the summit ended, they were still unsatisfied. The two-day forum summit brought together high-end chemical industry professionals with rich and exciting content, seeking new ideas for the development of China's chemical industry and supporting technological innovation in the industry, making a significant contribution.

During the meeting, our company's Chairman Tian Mingge and Professor Yin Shumei had a discussion with Vice President Fu Xiangsheng of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. As a university student of Professor Yin Shumei, President Fu Xiangsheng expressed sincere greetings to Professor Yin, gained a detailed understanding of his work, research, and life situation, and provided guidance for the development of our company.
