The R&D department conducts HSE management system training

On the afternoon of September 18, 2018, our company's R&D department conducted HSE management system training in the conference room on the third floor. The training was taught by Li Kairan, the company's safety and environmental supervisor, and all employees of the R&D department attended on time.

HSE management system is the abbreviation for Health, Safety, and Environment management system. Strengthening HSE management in enterprises, continuously improving the level of safety, environmental protection, and health management, and infiltrating safety management into all work and every employee's work process, is not only the guarantee of enterprise production and operation work, but also a concrete manifestation of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.

In this training, the safety and environmental supervisor provided a systematic explanation of the HSE management system, explaining in detail the content and requirements of the HSE management system. The training focused on how to identify risks and hazards, risk assessment, and risk control, allowing us to fully understand and master the knowledge of the HSE management system, learn methods for identifying risks, evaluating and controlling risks, and recognize the importance of adhering to professional norms, identifying occupational hazards, and preventing and controlling risks.

The HSE management system can be said to be a pre risk analysis system that identifies potential hazards and consequences, and takes effective preventive measures and control measures to prevent accidents from occurring, in order to reduce potential personnel injuries, property losses, and environmental pollution. It is an effective management method. 90% of accidents are related to human misconduct, so by taking preventive measures, most accidents can be prevented.

This training has given everyone a deeper understanding of HSE system construction and strengthened employees' awareness of putting people first and prevention first. In future work, we will take "zero harm, zero pollution, and zero accidents" as our safety principles. Starting from our own positions and personal situations, we will regularly identify safety hazards, take appropriate measures, minimize risks or potential risks, and effectively implement the HSE management system.
