Our company participated in the 2018 Tianjin Fulu Company Water Jet Cleaning Accessories New Product Promotion Conference

In the golden autumn of October, fruitful achievements were made. In order to learn from the brilliant achievements of Tianjin Fulu Company in high-pressure water cleaning accessories and absorb advanced cleaning technology in high-pressure jet, a team of four people from our company participated in the "2018 Tianjin Fulu Company Water Jet Cleaning Accessories New Product Promotion Conference" held by Tianjin Fulu on October 14, 2018.

Tianjin Fulu Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the promotion, application, production, research and development, sales, and equipment leasing of high-pressure water jet cleaning technology. The company was established in October 2012 and is sister units to Tianjin Hammat High Pressure Water Jet Technology Development Co., Ltd. (established in 2015). The company has made breakthroughs and grown day by day since its establishment six years ago, especially in the past year when it has achieved outstanding results in the design and manufacturing of rotary nozzles. In order to better transform this technology into productivity as soon as possible, save costs and reduce consumption for colleagues in the cleaning industry, and make rotary jet technology the leading industry of high-pressure water jet faster, Tianjin Fulu invited many friends engaged in cleaning from all over the country and many leaders and experts in the cleaning industry. The invited leaders to attend the conference include the Secretary General of the Industrial Cleaning Association, Professor of High Pressure Water Jet, Deputy Secretary General of the European SIR Industrial Cleaning Association, and Sales Manager of the Dutch company PEINEMAN.

The promotion event consists of two parts:

1、 Academic exchange: Firstly, the Secretary General of the Industrial Water Treatment Association delivered a congratulatory speech; The European SIR Industrial Cleaning Association introduced the development history and current situation of the European cleaning industry, as well as the safety precautions of high-pressure water jet cleaning; Dutch company PEINEMAN introduced their fully automatic cleaning device developed; Finally, Ma Guoquan, the general manager of Tianjin Fulu Company, the organizer, highlighted the flagship products they have developed in recent years, including high-pressure jet optional nozzle series, surface cleaning nozzle series, large-diameter cleaning rotary nozzle, labor-saving new foot valve, various models of handheld guns, receivers, turntables and other cleaning accessories. Through Mr. Ma's introduction, we understand the importance of gun heads and other cleaning accessories in high-pressure water jet work: in order to do a good job, one must first sharpen their tools.

2、 On site visit: In the afternoon, all the attending guests took a car to Tianjin Fulu Company and visited the company's production workshop, experimental center, and high-precision turning center. On the field outside the workshop, workers from Fulu demonstrated the true power of various accessories on site. Among them, there is a floor cleaning machine that can simultaneously complete floor cleaning and wastewater recovery. After the cleaning vehicle passes by, only the cleaned floor is left. The cleaned wastewater is directly collected under negative pressure during the cleaning process due to the negative pressure generated by high-speed water jets; There is also a type of rotating nozzle that requires different rotational speeds due to different scales. This rotating nozzle can be easily modified on site to achieve different rotational speeds under the same pressure. Through detailed understanding, it is known that the adjustment of rotational speed is achieved by adjusting the magnetic force.

Through a day of academic exchange and on-site demonstrations, many cleaning colleagues feel that Fulu Enterprise's cleaning accessories have largely solved the problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive cleaning on site. Choosing the appropriate cleaning process for equipment under the same pressure and with the same hardness will result in significant cleaning benefits.
