Sciengreen participated in the Shandong Province Chemical Industry High end Development Forum on the Conversion of New and Old Driving Forces

On December 26-27, 2019, the Shandong Chemical Industry High end Development Forum on the Conversion of New and Old Momentum and the Second Member Representative Conference of the Shandong High end Chemical Industry Development Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Association") were held in Jinan. More than 200 academicians and experts from the field of chemical engineering, leaders of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Chemical Special Action Office, directors and member representatives of the Promotion Association were invited to attend. As a council member, sciengreen appointed President Tian Mingge and Professor Yin Shumei, Chief Engineer of the R&D Technology Center, to attend the meeting.

The Promotion Association was jointly initiated and established by eight industry associations in Shandong Province, including refining, rubber, coking, fertilizer, coal chemical, chlor alkali, pesticide, coating, and daily chemical. The purpose of this conference is to fully leverage the collaborative efforts of the government, associations, enterprises, and other parties to promote the high-end development of the chemical industry in the province, accelerate the transformation of old and new driving forces, achieve high-quality development, enhance the innovation capabilities and strategic development layout of chemical enterprises.

On the afternoon of the 26th, a second council meeting was held in the meeting hall on the first floor. The meeting reviewed documents such as the 2019 work report and financial report of the Promotion Association and its branches, as well as proposals to add vice presidents and directors, establish chemical industrial parks, intelligent manufacturing, and environmental protection committees.

On the morning of the 27th, the Shandong Chemical Industry High end Development Forum on the Conversion of New and Old Momentum and the Second Member Representative Conference of the Shandong High end Chemical Industry Development Promotion Association were successfully held. Liang Zhenjiang, the second level inspector of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Secretary General Zhang Liucheng made a summary report on the work of Shandong Provincial High end Chemical Industry Development Promotion Association in 2019. Fu Xiangsheng, vice president of the China Petrochemical Federation, Yang Wantai, academician of the CAS Member, Zhang Jianhong, chairman of the Promotion Association, and other three experts and leaders made speeches, in-depth discussions and exchanges around the development situation of the chemical industry, high-end new technologies and hot issues needed for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in the chemical industry.

As a member unit of the Promotion Association,Sciengreen will continue to conscientiously implement the national chemical industry policy and Shandong Province's chemical industry development plan, take the market as the guide, enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises, research and develop new high-end chemical technologies, processes, and models, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with member units, actively plan and strategize for the development of Shandong's high-end chemical industry, assist the Promotion Association in building a high-end chemical industry chain and innovation chain, provide more powerful scientific and technological innovation support, accelerate the transformation of old and new driving forces, and enhance the development quality and core competitiveness of the chemical industry.
