Xingrui was awarded the "Second Batch of Industry Education Integration Enterprises in Shandong Province"

On April 11th, the Office of the Development and Reform Commission of Shandong Province issued the "List of the Second Batch of Industry Education Integration Enterprise Construction and Cultivation in Shandong Province", and Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected.

Xingrui Company has always focused on industry university research cooperation with universities and research institutes. In recent years, it has strengthened cooperation with universities and research institutions such as Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong University, Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, and Institute of Process Science and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in talent introduction, achievement transformation, project application, and other aspects. Some representative measures include: firstly, establishing scholarships at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, launching the "Xingrui Cup" Environmental Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and setting up innovation practice bases for undergraduate and graduate students in the company to turn universities into talent bases for the company, effectively solving the talent gap in the company; Secondly, establish a "Talent Enclave" expert workstation at the School of Environment, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, to transform the difficulties encountered by the company on the client side into topics for professors and graduate students, activate resources, and serve customers; Thirdly, negotiations will be held with the Institute of Process Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and both parties will cooperate in the fields of coking wastewater treatment and leachate treatment in the future.

The integration of industry and education has also promoted the construction of Xingrui Innovation Platform. So far, the company has successfully established four provincial-level scientific research platforms, including Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, Shandong Enterprise Technology Center, Shandong One Enterprise One Technology R&D Center, and Shandong Engineering Laboratory, as well as eight municipal level R&D platforms, including Jining Engineering Technology Research Center, providing inexhaustible impetus for the company's innovative development.

In the future, Xingrui will conscientiously implement the "National Pilot Implementation Plan for the Integration of Industry and Education" and relevant provincial and municipal requirements, effectively deepen the integration of industry and education, promote the organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, and fully play its exemplary and leading role
