Xingrui helps Wanhua Chemical's biodegradable plastic PBAT production system smoothly put into operation - pre start cleaning

Recently, our company successfully completed the pre commissioning cleaning project for the 60000 ton PBAT biodegradable polyester system of Wanhua Chemical (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanhua Chemical), and the system has been officially put into operation. The PBAT system is a key construction project of Wanhua Chemical, and also the first 10000 ton biodegradable plastic project of Wanhua Chemical. Its products are widely used in automobiles, home appliances, and packaging materials, and have significant implications for eliminating "white pollution", improving environmental quality, and sustainable development.

The cleaning project of this PBAT device includes multiple device areas such as automobile loading and unloading station pipelines, raw material and finished product tank areas, polymerization units, etc. It involves multiple BDO storage tanks, THF storage tanks, process transportation pipelines, esterification reaction vessels, final condensation thickening spray color vacuum systems, vacuum hot well systems, BDO evaporators, and other sets of system container pipelines. Due to the simultaneous cleaning and construction of multiple devices, the project schedule was tight and the task was heavy. Our company's project department coordinated the overall situation, carefully organized, and comprehensively controlled the on-site construction. Under the leadership of project manager Li Yang, construction manager Kong Zhiyong, and technical leader Liu Cunli, all members of the project team worked overtime to meet the deadline, operated carefully to ensure quality, and finally successfully completed the cleaning task of the PBAT device before the node, ensuring the progress and quality of the project. This has important milestone significance for the construction of the PBAT device area project.

In addition to the PBAT project, Wanhua Chemical uses advanced natural gas acetylene technology, natural gas acetylene tail gas synthesis methanol technology, methanol production formaldehyde technology, and 1,4-butanediol technology at its Meishan base in Sichuan to build a 100000 ton BDO production capacity and supporting natural gas to acetylene and formaldehyde industrial chain projects. In view of our company's excellent performance in the PBAT project, Wanhua Company has also entrusted the pre start cleaning work of the BDO project and supporting facilities to our company. Currently, the construction of the project is fully underway. With the progress of project construction, the peak construction period is approaching. Our Wanhua Chemical Project Department is well prepared and resolutely implements the company's business policy of "customer value as the center". We regard customer needs as our top priority and customer satisfaction as our standard of work. We will work hard and contribute our strength to the smooth production of the Wanhua BDO project.
