On April 6, 2023, Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.'s "New Low Phosphorus Slow Release Scale Inhibitors for Zero Discharge of Sewage Reuse Circulating Water Systems" project was recognized by the Achievement Evaluation Expert Committee at the scientific and technological achievement evaluation meeting that the overall technology of the achievement has reached the international advanced level and was approved for scientific and technological achievement evaluation.

The technology achievement evaluation conference was hosted by the third-party professional technology achievement evaluation institution - Zhongke Hechuang (Beijing) Technology Achievement Evaluation Center in the form of a video conference. The Expert Committee for Achievement Evaluation is composed of Professor Zhang Zhide from Shandong Normal University, Researcher Lv Microwave from the Institute of New Materials, Shandong Academy of Sciences, Professor Zhang Huawei from Qingdao University of Technology, Professor Yao Jinshui from Qilu University of Technology, and Researcher Huang Peng from Coal Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.

After questioning and full discussion, it is believed that the project focuses on the systematic research of "new low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitors for zero discharge in sewage reuse circulating water systems", and the main innovative achievements are as follows: the development of tree like macromolecular polymers for the preparation of new low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitors for zero discharge, adsorption of scaling substances and organic matter in circulating water, forming suspended solids, and solving the problems of sewage scaling and sludge deposition; We have studied the principles of corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition, dirt dispersion, organic matter and ammonia nitrogen degradation, and heavy metal removal. We have developed a new type of low phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor, which achieves efficient and stable scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, bacterial and algal inhibition, and sludge dispersion effects in the circulating water system under harsh water quality conditions such as high hardness, high alkalinity, high chlorine, high COD, and high suspended solids; We have developed a low-cost industrial wastewater reuse circulating water system zero discharge technology, which reduces one-time investment by more than 90% compared to traditional processes (membrane method+evaporation), significantly reduces operating costs and one-time water consumption, and achieves low-cost zero discharge of industrial wastewater. The project achievements have been successfully applied to wastewater reuse and circulating water systems in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, biochemistry, inorganic chemicals, organic chemicals, power plants, and metallurgy, with broad application prospects and significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. The overall technology of this project has reached the international advanced level.

Finally, after a comprehensive review by the expert group, the attending experts unanimously agreed that Xingrui's "New Low Phosphorus Corrosion and Scale Inhibitors for Zero Discharge of Wastewater Reuse Circulating Water Systems" project has passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation.
