On April 9, 2023, the Jining Talent Science and Technology Innovation and Development Conference was held under the organization of the Jining Municipal Party Committee and the Jining Municipal Government. At the conference, advanced collectives and exemplary individual in science and technology innovation were praised. Among them, Tian Mingge, Chairman and Director of R&D Center of Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., was awarded the title of "Jining Technology Innovation Top Talent".
