The group standard "Quality Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning" led by Xingrui has been released and implemented

Recently, Xingrui Company, as the first drafting unit, officially released and implemented the group standard "Quality Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning" on July 1, 2023, with the standard number T/QX 006-2023.

Water jet cleaning has become an important technical means to remove surface dirt from industrial equipment, making significant contributions to improving quality, efficiency, energy conservation, and emission reduction in various industries of industrial production in China. Due to the wide variety of industrial equipment categories, the amount of dirt that needs to be removed during cleaning varies greatly for the same equipment due to different operating media or contact materials. Without differentiated treatment, it is difficult to scientifically evaluate the quality of water jet cleaning. However, for a long time, there has been no complete and unified standard for the quality acceptance of water jet cleaning in China, which has brought many difficulties to the production management, quality acceptance, and technical exchange of the industrial cleaning industry, and is not commensurate with the increasingly valued socio-economic status of the industrial cleaning industry. Developing an industrial equipment water jet cleaning quality acceptance standard that is suitable for China's industrial cleaning industry and in line with market reality will be beneficial for the standardized management of the industrial cleaning industry and market.

The "Quality Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning" proposed by the China Industrial Cleaning Association, under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Committee of the China Industrial Cleaning Association, and led by Xingrui (Shandong) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. specifies the quality requirements, acceptance procedures, and inspection methods for industrial equipment water jet cleaning operations. This standard is applicable to the quality acceptance activities of cleaning engineering projects that use water jet technology to remove common dirt on the surface of industrial equipment in industrial production and services. There are a total of 5 chapters, including: Scope, Normative References, Terminology and Definitions, Cleaning Quality Requirements, Cleaning Quality Acceptance Procedures, and Inspection Methods.

The formulation of this standard will effectively promote the standardization work of the industrial cleaning industry, and promote the improvement of energy conservation, emission reduction, quality and safety work levels, thereby promoting the application and promotion of water jet cleaning technology in various fields of industrial production.

As of now, Xingrui Company has participated in the compilation of 9 standards and has officially released 7 of them. Among them, there is one national standard "Terminology and Classification of Industrial Cleaning", two industry standards "Acidic Cleaning Agent for Scale", "Technical Specification for Chemical Cleaning Pump Station and Supporting Equipment", and four group standards "External Surface Cleaning Agent for Rail Transit Vehicles", "Cost Composition of Industrial Cleaning Engineering Projects", "Qualification Level and Evaluation Requirements for Industrial Cleaning Enterprises", and "Quality Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning".
