Inheriting Chinese Ancient Culture and Striving to Be a Good Moral Youth - The 2023 Xingrui "Good Moral Youth" Traditional Chinese Culture Public Welfare Summer Camp has successfully concluded

At the 24th anniversary annual meeting of Xingrui Company, the company's president Tian Mingge proposed the overall business policy of "everything for the happiness of employees and customers", and also gave a presentation on the company's newly upgraded cultural core value system. Based on the two starting points of "employee happiness" and "customer happiness", a standard of 0-100 points has been formulated, and corresponding action plans have been developed for each standard. On August 13th, the 2023 Xingrui "Good Moral Youth" summer camp jointly organized by Xingrui Company and Shandong Ruyuan Culture and Education Group arrived as scheduled, with a total of 39 children participating in the summer camp.

Xingrui Company draws nourishment from traditional Chinese culture, and in recent years, has comprehensively promoted excellent traditional Chinese culture such as altruism, gratitude, filial piety, diligence, self reflection, and humility within the company, benefiting greatly. The company has steadily and rapidly developed, and employee literacy has been comprehensively improved, resulting in a continuous increase in employee happiness index. In order to leverage the regional cultural advantages of Xingrui and benefit more people from China's excellent traditional culture, Xingrui held the Xingrui "Zhengde Youth" Traditional Culture Public Welfare Summer Camp for three consecutive years in 2018, 2019, and 2021. Nearly a hundred children participated in the study and achieved very good results.

This summer camp has been expanded from the original 5 days to 7 days, adhering to the principle of prioritizing moral education and promoting comprehensive development. The aim is to "promote Chinese culture and inherit excellent traditional culture", cultivate children's comprehensive literacy and cultivation, and cultivate new era Chinese youth who integrate knowledge and action, and possess both morality and talent! Experienced teachers use various forms of teaching to help children understand the history and current situation of Chinese culture in a fun way, allowing them to enjoy learning and deepen their foundation in traditional Chinese culture. This enables them to gain valuable knowledge and experience. Many parents have reported that summer camp activities are diverse and distinctive, allowing their children to experience and understand traditional culture firsthand. The parent-child relationship has improved, academic performance has improved, and they have become polite, happy, and confident!
