Senior Professor Team from Qingdao University of Science and Technology Visited Xingrui for Inspection and Exchange

Recently, under the leadership of the Jining Integrated Innovation Development Center at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, a team of four senior professors from the School of Chemical Engineering at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, including Professor Wu Yumin, Professor Xiang Shuguang, Professor Feng Baicheng, and Professor Li Ming from the School of Chemical Engineering, visited our company for inspection and exchange. Sun Lijun, Director of the Jining Integrated Innovation Development Center at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, accompanied the inspection. Tian Mingge, President of Xingrui Company, Professor Yin Shumei, Senior Consultant, and Zhang Jianbin, General Manager of the Chemical Business Unit, also accompanied the inspection and participated in discussions.

The professor and his delegation first visited the company exhibition hall. Sun Yanjun, the tour guide of the company exhibition hall, gave a detailed introduction to the visiting professor on the company's main honors, corporate culture, core value system, core technology products, development history, expert team, core patents, and participation standards. The professor and his team highly appreciated the company's business development achievements.

At the symposium, the company's president Tian Mingge warmly welcomed the leaders and experts from Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and introduced the company's current business situation and next steps. Both parties had extensive discussions on current industry hot topics, technological development trends, and cooperation prospects. The professors shared their latest achievements and research directions in the field of scientific research, providing valuable advice to the company. The company president stated that they will actively adopt the opinions and suggestions of professors, further strengthen cooperation with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and jointly promote technological innovation and industrial development.

Since the establishment of the industry university research cooperation relationship with Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 2014, the cooperation between the two sides has continuously deepened and expanded. In terms of project cooperation, through resource sharing and close collaboration, multiple key project studies have been jointly carried out, providing strong support for the development of the enterprise; In terms of talent cultivation, the company has established innovation practice bases for undergraduate and graduate students at Qingdao University of Science and Technology, providing students with more learning and practical opportunities, while injecting fresh blood into the development of the enterprise; In terms of talent introduction, Xingrui Company has established Xingrui Qingke Environmental Technology Research Institute in Zibo, which flexibly introduces 8 professors from the School of Environment of Qingdao University of Science and Technology at once to support the expansion of the eastern region of Jinan; In terms of R&D platform construction, we have jointly established a provincial-level postdoctoral innovation practice base with Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Currently, there are 3 postdoctoral fellows who have graduated and 6 postdoctoral fellows who are currently enrolled.

In the future, Xingrui will further strengthen its deep cooperation and communication with Qingke University, explore more research and development directions and feasibility of project cooperation, solidly promote project tackling and achievement transformation, and create Xingrui's high-quality development intelligence engine through deepening industry university research cooperation, jointly promoting the higher quality development of the water treatment industry.
