In order to implement the "14th Five Year Plan for the Protection and Utilization of Intellectual Property Rights in Shandong Province", strengthen the creation, protection and utilization of intellectual property rights, promote the transformation of intellectual property rights, facilitate the cultivation of high-value patents, and provide strong support for the construction of a strong province of intellectual property rights in the new era, the Shandong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (Intellectual Property Office) organized the "2023 China Shandong New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion High Value Patent Cultivation Competition". Our company actively registered for the competition and carefully prepared the competition defense materials. After intense competition in the preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds, our independently developed "Industrial Wastewater Low Cost Zero Discharge Project" won the third prize. 

Our company's independently developed "Industrial Wastewater Low Cost Zero Discharge Project" is an innovative operation process for industrial circulating cooling water systems using industrial wastewater as supplementary water. It is a new water-saving and sewage resource utilization technology. Compared with the commonly used "double membrane method plus evaporation" process, it can achieve a one-time investment reduction of more than 90%, sewage reduction of more than 70%, and operating cost reduction of more than 60%. The main technological innovation points are: ① reusing industrial wastewater into the circulating water cooling system instead of using primary water as the circulating cooling medium, reducing wastewater treatment costs and saving primary water through evaporation consumption in cooling towers. ② By using new chemicals to control the water quality of industrial circulating cooling water systems, the concentration factor of the system has been increased from 2-5 times to over 40 times, and the system has basically achieved no discharge, eliminating the largest source of wastewater in the factory No need to add "membrane+evaporation" deep treatment equipment or other expensive equipment, greatly reducing investment.

The semi-finals and finals mainly focus on investigating the patent cultivation, patent layout quality, technical progressiveness and market competitiveness of the project. The "Industrial Wastewater Low Cost Zero Discharge Project" is the core technology that our company has been focusing on in recent years. Around this project, we have been granted 9 invention patents and 3 utility model patents; We are currently applying for 3 invention patents, forming a patent group that effectively protects intellectual property rights and builds a "moat".
