The 22nd National Cleaning Industry Technology Progress and Industrial Development Forum, jointly organized by the China Industrial Cleaning Association and the National Cleaning Industry Information Center, was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong from October 17 to 21, 2023. Renowned domestic and foreign cleaning industry enterprises, research institutes, experts and scholars gathered in Jinan to comprehensively and deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, improve quality and efficiency, promote high-quality development, share new achievements in industry transformation and upgrading, and discuss new ideas for high-quality development of the industry.
This forum is collecting 60 papers, and three papers written by our company, Tian Mingge, Jia Ruihua, Yin Shumei, etc., including "Research and Application of Sulfate Cleaning Agents", "Application of Calcium Sulfate Cleaning Agents in Multi effect Evaporators", and "Performance Improvement and Application of Acid Pickling Corrosion Inhibitors for Power Plant Boilers", have been selected for the paper collection. This forum conducted an excellent paper selection activity for the selected papers. Our company's two articles, "Research and Application of Sulfate Cleaning Agents" and "Application of Calcium Sulfate Cleaning Agents in Multi effect Evaporators", won the second and third prizes respectively. "The research and application of sulfate cleaning agents" introduces the scaling mechanism of calcium sulfate scale and several commonly used sulfate cleaning agents, and provides application examples of neutral calcium sulfate cleaning agents in seawater desalination, reverse osmosis, and desulfurization tower cleaning. At present, sulfate scaling is an inevitable problem in the production process of many enterprises, especially in wet desulfurization, seawater desalination, phosphate ore processing, oilfield water injection and other fields, where sulfate scaling is particularly serious. Scaling not only reduces heat transfer and causes blockage, but also leads to corrosion under the scale, causing damage to equipment and restricting continuous and stable production operation. Due to the high density and hardness of CaSO4 scale, traditional physical cleaning methods are difficult to meet the treatment requirements. At the same time, CaSO4 scale is difficult to dissolve in most acidic and alkaline chemical solvents, and common cleaning agents on the market have low cleaning efficiency for sulfate scale. There is an urgent need for efficient sulfate scale cleaning agents; At present, the common calcium sulfate cleaning agents on the market are mainly alkaline. Alkaline calcium sulfate cleaning agents have certain corrosiveness to amphoteric metal equipment (such as copper and zinc), and corrosion inhibitors need to be added during use, which has certain limitations; The SGR1231 neutral calcium sulfate cleaning agent (dissolved) independently developed by Sciengreen does not corrode equipment when used, does not require the addition of corrosion inhibitors, and has a high descaling rate. It is an excellent choice for chemical cleaning of calcium sulfate.
"The application of calcium sulfate cleaning agent in multi effect evaporators" describes the scaling morphology of calcium sulfate scale and several commonly used calcium sulfate cleaning agents. It also introduces the application of Sciengreen's independently developed calcium sulfate cleaning agent SGR1232 in multi effect evaporators.
