Good news! Li Aibing, Technical Director of Sciengreen Company, has been awarded the "Jining May Day Labor Medal" and the honorary title of "Jining Craftsman"

Recently, the Office of the Jining Federation of Trade Unions issued a notice on announcing the list of "Jining Craftsmen" for the year 2023. Li Aibing, Technical Director of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. Comrade Li Aibing graduated from Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology and currently serves as the Technical Director of Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and a first-class (senior technician) and senior engineer in the field of cleaning and corrosion. Since joining Sciengreen Company in 2003, I have continuously summarized and improved the company's construction technology and cleaning techniques by applying theoretical knowledge from my university's thermal energy major and combining it with practical work situations. I am committed to providing high-quality water treatment agents and industrial equipment cleaning services and solutions for industries such as chemical, power, metallurgy, and papermaking. Comrade Li Aibing was the first in China to use the critical pressure gas lift method for online cleaning of long-distance ash pipelines; The improvement of the alkaline washing and oil removal process for newly built boilers or system devices, led by the use of hydrogen peroxide alkaline washing process instead of formulas such as sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate, not only saves costs but also reduces sewage discharge; In response to the difficulties of low winter temperatures and easy freezing of cleaning media in Xinjiang, the cleaning process has been improved by using the bubbling method to ensure normal winter construction and improve cleaning speed and effectiveness; Organized and guided the design, upgrading and transformation of cleaning equipment, completed the establishment of 7 sets of boiler cleaning platforms, 2 sets of metallurgical heat exchange blast furnace cleaning platforms, and 12 sets of chemical equipment cleaning platforms, promoting the technological progress of the company and driving the technological development of the entire cleaning industry.
