Recently, the finals of the 2023 Shandong Province Innovation Method Competition and China Innovation Method Competition Shandong Regional Competition (hereinafter referred to as the competition) were held in Jinan.Sciengreen Company's two projects, "Process Improvement of Catalytic Synthesis of Polyether Esters Based on TRIZ Theory" and "Electrochemical Water Treatment Equipment and Its Application in Zero Wastewater Discharge", won the second and third prizes respectively.

The competition is jointly organized by the Shandong Association for Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, with the theme of "cultivating innovative talents and strengthening the real economy". It focuses on enterprise scientific and technological innovation services, scientific and technological achievement transformation, and innovative talent cultivation, and plays a leading role in value.

This competition is divided into systematic training and learning of TRIZ theory in the early stage, and a written test and presentation of TRIZ theory in the later stage. The R&D team of Sciengreen Company formed two participating teams with their respective research directions, respectively presenting the topics of "Process Improvement of Catalytic Synthesis of Polyether Esters Based on TRIZ Theory" and "Electrochemical Water Treatment Equipment and Its Application in Zero Wastewater Discharge".

In the project of "Process Improvement of Catalytic Synthesis of Polyether Esters Based on TRIZ Theory", the team optimized and improved the synthesis process of polyether esters under the guidance of TRIZ theory. Through in-depth analysis of product advantages, the significant achievements of the improved process in enhancing product performance were demonstrated. This not only demonstrates the team's profound understanding of TRIZ theory, but also demonstrates outstanding capabilities in product innovation and process optimization. On the other hand, in the project of "Electrochemical Water Treatment Equipment and Its Application in Zero Wastewater Discharge", we closely linked the problems in the research and development process of electrochemical water treatment equipment and subsequent improvements with TRIZ, highlighting the industry "black box" highlights of our company's electrochemical water treatment equipment, which was recognized and approved by the expert group judges, highlighting the team's flexible application of TRIZ and profound insight into key industry issues. In the end,Sciengreen Company's participation project stood out among 55 enterprises and 189 projects in the province, successfully winning the second and third prizes in the competition.
