Recently,Sciengreen Company added an electrochemical intellectual property right. Meng Weikang, the R&D center, wrote a utility model patent for a device for electrochemical reverse pole coupling flocculation treatment of saline wastewater, which was authorized by the China National Intellectual Property Administration on November 21, 2023, with the patent number ZL 2023 2 1631764.1.

The utility model patent for "An Electrochemical Inverted Pole Coupled Flocculation Treatment Device for Salty Wastewater" belongs to the field of electrochemical descaling technology and has the following advantages compared to existing technologies: 
1、 This study first proposes a reverse pole scaling technology, which uses the polarity of the electrode plate to remove the scale attached to the electrode plate by utilizing the microbubbles generated on the surface of the electrode plate, thereby achieving the effect of stripping the scale sample enriched on the surface of the cathode plate. This eliminates the problem of traditional mechanical scraping methods increasing the distance between the cathode and anode, resulting in a decrease in hardness removal efficiency and an increase in energy consumption. At the same time, scale removal and scaling replacement do not require downtime and can be fully automated. 
2、 This patent uses special materials for anode and cathode plates to improve the electrochemical reaction efficiency of the anode surface, enhance the processing efficiency of the anode plate, and prevent corrosion, thereby extending the service life of the electrode plate; The cathode plate is made of low-cost cast iron material, which can meet the requirements of cathode fouling. When reversing the electrode, it produces dissolution, leaches iron, and coagulates with the stripped scale blocks, accelerating their settling speed and making it unsuitable for the scale blocks to enter the subsequent system. Compared with the traditional technology of adding a filter screen at the outlet, it reduces the time to replace the filter screen and ensures the automatic operation of the equipment.
