In 2023, with the care and assistance of friends from all walks of life, as well as the support of upstream and downstream partners, all Sciengreen people united and worked hard to overcome various unfavorable factors and difficulties, achieving gratifying results and making significant progress. The past year is worth reminiscing and remembering.

In the past year, we have made progress in our performance. In 2023, our company's operating revenue will increase by 27% compared to 2022, output value will increase by 30% compared to 2022, profit will increase by 33% compared to 2022, and tax revenue will increase by 43% compared to 2022. We have exceeded the first step goal of the company's "four step" strategy and are making great strides towards the second step goal.

In the past year, we have achieved breakthroughs in our business. Overseas markets are once again making efforts, the cleaning project in Cambodia has been successfully completed, the South African project is under construction according to plan, and cooperation has been reached for the Saudi project; The cleaning business of gas turbine units has made rapid progress, with the largest 9H level cleaning volume of gas turbine units in China; The high-pressure water cleaning technology, equipment, and construction capabilities have been greatly improved, filling the gaps in one fell swoop and gaining high recognition from the "Huawei of the chemical industry" - Wanhua Chemical, opening up a new situation; We stood out among thousands of suppliers and were awarded the "Top Ten Suppliers" award for our one-year service, and successfully renewed our bid for the first national centralized procurement; We won the bid for Datang's reverse osmosis centralized procurement, which has been applied to more than 30 of its affiliated power plants. The company's reverse osmosis sales have rapidly expanded; The company's high-temperature scale inhibition products have been applied in multiple enterprises such as Sun Paper, and new users are constantly expanding; The newly cultivated cutting fluid products have been validated by multiple customers and the market has rapidly started; The defoamer product has formed a system and has been applied in the market with good results; The demulsifier product system is gradually improving, and the market share is gradually increasing; Electrochemical products have successfully developed into French funded enterprises and achieved subsequent sales, with good research evidence; The long-term cooperation in chemical sales and cleaning of Xinjiang branch has achieved a breakthrough, laying a good foundation for stable development in the later stage.

In the past year, we have made progress in technology. Our "Low Cost Zero Discharge Key Materials for Industrial Wastewater" project won the second prize in the Shandong Province Science and Technology Worker Innovation Competition. Our two projects, "Improvement of Catalytic Synthesis Polyether Ester Process Based on TRIZ Theory" and "Electrochemical Water Treatment Equipment and Its Application in Zero Discharge of Wastewater", won the second and third prizes respectively in the Shandong Province Innovation Method Competition. Our "Low Cost Zero Discharge Project for Industrial Wastewater" won the third prize in the Shandong New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion High Value Patent Cultivation Competition. Our company's "Research and Application of Sulfate Cleaning Agents" and "Application of Calcium Sulfate Cleaning Agents in Multi effect Evaporators" won the second and third prizes for excellent papers at the 22nd National Cleaning Industry Technology Progress and Industrial Development Forum. In 2023, the company added 3 authorized invention patents, 3 utility model patents, 11 published papers, and 1 monograph. The "Quality Acceptance Specification for Industrial Equipment Water Jet Cleaning" edited by the company, the "Technical Specification for Chemical Cleaning Pump Stations and Supporting Equipment" co edited, and the "Quality Grading and" Leader "Evaluation Requirements - Scale Inhibitors for Reverse Osmosis Membrane" standards have been released and implemented.

In the past year, we have gained recognition from society. The company was rated as a national specialized, special and new "Little Giant" enterprise, a demonstration enterprise of intellectual property rights in China's petroleum and chemical industry, a exemplary organization of standardization work in China's industrial cleaning industry, a backbone enterprise of environmental protection industry in Shandong Province, an excellent climbing enterprise in Jining City, an AAA level enterprise with harmonious labor relations in Jining City, and a business environment monitoring point in Jining City; The company's "Shandong Engineering Research Center for Low Cost Resource Utilization of Industrial Wastewater" has been included in the new sequence of Shandong Engineering Research Center, and the R&D center has been approved as one of the first batch of Jining Key Laboratories in 2023; The company's "green and environmentally friendly scale and corrosion inhibitor" has been recognized as a high-quality brand product in Shandong; The company's "low-cost near zero discharge technology for industrial wastewater" has been selected for the "2023 Shandong Province Green and Low carbon Technology Achievement Catalog", and one patent has been selected for the high-value patent cultivation project in Jining City.

In the past year, we have experienced the growth of our team. In 2023, more than 40 partners joined the company, including 1 graduate student, 10 undergraduates, and 16 associate degree holders, including multiple experienced management and professional technical talents. The total number of people in the company has exceeded 290, and the team continues to grow and optimize its structure. Last year, we had 1 newly appointed senior engineer, 1 senior engineer, 2 engineers, 3 assistant engineers, 3 second level constructors, 19 qualified for special operations, and 28 qualified for chemical operations. Our team's professional capabilities have been continuously improved; The three-day Happy Life Training Camp held at the beginning of the year brought us a lot of happiness; The Sciengreen University Hall, where we meet online every Monday, is both our school and the lecture hall we share. Let's work together to make progress; We persisted in reading, clocking in, and reciting together every day for a whole year. Suddenly looking back, we realized that our hearts and minds had undergone significant changes, and the upward and benevolent force had begun to influence the people around us; Our executive team has participated in two sessions of the "Power of Mission" learning, and the heads of each business unit and center are leading their department's management cadres to participate in a 49 day life flesh and blood training camp. Everyone is busy and fulfilled, becoming more and more powerful. We can deeply feel that the atmosphere of the company is getting better and stronger, the cohesion is getting stronger, our hearts are getting closer, our confidence is getting stronger, and more importantly, we are getting happier.

In 2023, the international and domestic situation is complex and diverse, with various black swan and grey rhino events emerging one after another. We respond to various uncertainties with inner conviction, and move forward with firm and calm steps. I think this mainly comes from our unwavering adherence to the values of "integrity, health, and altruism", and our wholehearted practice of the overall business policy of "everything for the happiness of employees and customers".
