Recently,Scientific Green(shandong) Environmental Technology Co.Ltd. successfully won the state-owned construction land use right of Jia Zi Zi Zi 2024-021 plot in Jiaxiang Chemical Industrial Park, Jiaxiang Economic Development Zone, Jiaxiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province through listing, subscription, and bidding with the highest bid.

The 2024-021 plot is located on Mingde Road West and Jiaoman Road North in Jiaxiang Chemical Industrial Park, Jiaxiang Economic Development Zone, with a land area of 29682.00 square meters. The park is a provincial-level economic development zone, with high-end chemicals, fine chemicals, and new materials as its leading industries. It is one of the first chemical parks recognized by the Shandong Provincial Government.

According to the company's development plan, this plot of land is mainly used for the construction of a high standard fine chemical industry university research base project, including the construction of research and development buildings, centralized control rooms, Class A workshops, Class C workshops, water related product workshops, food hygiene grade workshops, various warehouses and other main facilities, to meet the company's rapidly developing chemical business needs and long-term strategic planning.

The total planned investment for the Sciengreen Fine Chemical Industry Park project is 500 million yuan, and it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of over 380 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of over 52 million yuan after reaching production. It will effectively promote the construction of the "one zone, three parks" model in Jiaxiang Economic Development Zone, upgrade industrial development, and solve local labor employment problems.
