On June 26, 2024, the Office of Jining Manufacturing Strong City (New Industrialization) Construction Command organized a coordination meeting for the coordinated development of Jining's water pollution prevention and control industry chain. The theme of this conference is "To deeply implement the strategy of manufacturing a strong city, cultivate and strengthen the core industry chain of water pollution prevention and control, enhance the cooperation and supporting level of upstream and downstream industries, production and supply, and large, medium and small enterprises, and promote the innovative and integrated development of the water pollution prevention and control industry chain". Yin Shumei, Senior Consultant of Sciengreen Company, Dean of Sciengreen Qingke Environmental Technology Research Institute, and former professor of Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Song Mingwei, Deputy General Manager of Sciengreen Environmental Protection Business Unit, were invited to attend the conference.

At the meeting, Song Mingwei gave a special report titled "Research on Core Technologies of Circulating Water and Electricity Chemical Scale Removal Equipment", and gave detailed introductions to the attending representatives on the company's cultural system, technological innovation, technical equipment, and guarantee services, with a focus on the Sciengreen electrochemical scale removal equipment technology. This technology is a new technology jointly developed by Sciengreen and Xi'an Jiaotong University based on customers' environmental protection and energy conservation needs. It uses equipment to replace some or all chemical agents to solve problems such as scaling, corrosion, and bacterial and algal sludge in cooling circulating water. This technology has better effects, saves water, medicine, is more environmentally friendly, can improve heat exchange efficiency, reduce cleaning frequency, and extend equipment service life. It can be widely used in all factories that use circulating cooling water. At present, this technology has been applied in different types of industrial circulating water systems with good results and has been highly praised by customers.
