SGR1922 Boiler operation scaling agent (cleaning agent) is a special scaling product developed according to the characteristics of boiler scale; it can be applied to chemical enterprises, heating companies, self-provided power plants and other boiler system scale removal. SGR1922 Is an alkaline product, composed of chelating agent, solvent, penetration agent, dispersant and other components, can effectively remove carbonate scale, sulfate scale, iron scale, but also can inhibit the secondary deposition of dirt, improve the safety of boiler operation. This product can also be used as a boiler scale inhibitor.

usage method

SGR1922 Operating boiler scale removal agent, the specific use method and dosage should be determined according to the specific site conditions, suggestions are as follows:

(1) For the first time to use this product, add 1500.0ppm-2500.0ppm according to the boiler water volume, and appropriately improve the boiler sewage cycle, pay attention to the cleaning condition, so as not to shed the dirt and block the sewage outlet;

(2) In the early stage, according to the boiler water replenishment, add 1500.0ppm SGR1922 boiler scale removal agent per ton, sewage discharge once per shift, the sewage rate is generally 8.0~10.0%, all sewage valves should be opened when sewage;

(3) The descaling period is generally 14 to 30 days, if the high amount is appropriately extended; according to the descaling situation, the later added amount can be reduced to 100.0ppm-500.0ppm or even lower per ton;

(4) In order to improve the stable operation of the system, this product is used as a water scale inhibitor, generally adding 30.0ppm-50.0ppm of water supplement.

Packaging and storage

SGR-1922, generally using 25.0L plastic bucket packaging or according to customer requirements, cool, dry, ventilated placement.
