usage method

According to the proportion of water and 200ppm per ton of agents to join the boiler supplement water, pay attention to use sewage, discharge once every hour, 5-10 seconds, such as boiler with scale operation can increase the dosage of medicine, frequently sewage, running 10-20 days, artificial fall off the scale cleaning, prevent dirt blocked pipe, and then transferred to normal operation;

The concentration ratio of measurable furnace water can be controlled at about 10 times, and other parameters should be adjusted according to the relevant labor regulations (such as furnace water PH 10-12, etc.).

The total hardness of the boiler supplementary water should be controlled within 200 mg/L. If the hardness is too high, the lime method or other methods can be used to reduce the hardness, otherwise the scale resistance effect of the agent will be affected.

Packaging and storage

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

Safety and protection

The stock solution is irritating to the skin, should avoid direct contact with the eyes, should be immediately washed with a lot of water, not gaze, not contact with the skin for a long time. Wear protective glasses, acid-alkali gloves, safety helmet, and acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.
