Performance and use

This product is formulated from ultra-high molecular weight multi-branched aqueous demulsifiers, organic polymer demulsifier aids, and polar solvents. The product contains a large number of double-bonded σ systems, with amide groups and hydroxyl groups at the ends, featuring numerous branches that enhance adsorption and capture capabilities. It effectively improves the interfacial tension of oil-in-water (W/O) or water-in-oil (O/W) emulsions, causing oil or colloidal particles in the ammonia water to lose both repulsion and attraction, thus destabilizing them into flocs. Further, through chemical bridging, it causes fine oil droplets dispersed in the ammonia water to aggregate and gradually grow larger for settling. It exhibits excellent demulsification performance, with high and rapid dehydration and desalination efficiency, good simultaneous dehydration of oil and water interfaces, and low oil content in the dehydrated ammonia water, effectively addressing the demulsification separation issues of circulating ammonia water and tar.

Product Usage

It is suitable for demulsification and dewatering of circulating ammonia water system, mainly used as demulsifier of tar dewatering and dewatering unit.

method of application

1. Pump this product into the demulsifier storage tank and inject it into the demulsifier line with a dosing pump (it can also be injected directly into the demulsifier line with a small dosing pump from the filling tank).

2. The dosage of circulating ammonia water based demulsification is 1.5-3.0mg/L.

3. It is prohibited to combine with other demulsifier to avoid reaction and blockage of pipeline.

4. High polymer materials such as rubber tubes can be selected when conveying.

Packaging, storage and safety

1. Use plastic drums with a net weight of 25Kg per barrel, or use plastic ton drums with a net weight of 1000Kg.

2. The product should be kept in a dry, cool and ventilated place at room temperature, valid for 3 months.
