◇SGR2334 is a micro-emulsion cutting fluid, suitable for most die-cast aluminum, aluminum alloy material processing.

◇SGR2334 has excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, cleaning, antibacterial and other characteristics.

◇SGR2334 has passed the ROHS EU test and can meet the export requirements of the workpiece.

Range of application:

◇SGR2334 is suitable for most die-casting aluminum, aluminum alloy material processing, including 6 series aluminum, 7 series aluminum milling, cutting, etc., especially can be used in aerospace and other materials processing and manufacturing.

Application method:

◇ After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2334 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.

Engineer suggestion:

◇ Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before  the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.

◇ It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.

◇ The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.

◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.

Storage/Transportation/Package:

◇ It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

◇ Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.

◇ Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.

◇ Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.

◇ Specification: 20kg or 200kg.
