On December 3, 2024, the Shandong Province "Skill Xinglu" Vocational Skills Competition (the 2nd Shandong Province Technical Upgrading Vocational Skills Competition Technical Track, hereinafter referred to as the Competition) was held in Dezhou. The project "Development and Application of Inverted Electrochemical Equipment in Ultra Concentrated Circulating Water System" developed by our company won the third prize in this competition.

The purpose of this competition is to conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on the implementation of industrial technological upgrading actions, select and cultivate high-quality technological upgrading service providers, benchmark demonstration enterprises and units with obvious technological upgrading effects, assist in the implementation of "ten thousand technological upgrades", promote the transformation of "ten thousand enterprises", and promote the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of industrial enterprises. It is jointly organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shandong Provincial People's Government, the Shandong Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China. 

The award-winning project "Development and Application of Inverted Electrochemical Equipment in Ultra Concentrated Circulating Water System" was jointly developed by our company and Professor Xu Hao's team from Xi'an Jiaotong University. The core of the project is an "active descaling" technology, which is based on the customer's demand for environmental protection and energy conservation. By applying direct current to the anode and cathode plates made of special materials, the electrochemical characteristics of anions and cations in water are utilized to activate electrochemical reactions and electromagnetic field effects. The scaling components such as calcium ions and magnesium ions in water are removed from the water in the form of solid scale, reducing the hardness of circulating water; Simultaneously utilizing the "lattice distortion" and "polarization" effects of the electric field to prevent residual hardness components from scaling on the equipment and achieve scale inhibition effect; Reuse electrochemical reactions to convert chloride ions in water into hypochlorous acid and produce oxidizing substances such as hydrogen peroxide, ozone, hydroxyl radicals, etc., supplemented by electric fields and acid-base environments, to achieve bactericidal effects; This technology can also slow down equipment corrosion by reducing chloride ions, bacteria, algae, microorganisms, etc., and achieve corrosion inhibition by breaking the "original battery" effect. The automatic reverse electrode electrochemical device is the fourth generation product of electrochemical descaling technology and is currently the forefront product in the electrochemical industry on the market. Compared with the second, third generation manual and mechanical descaling devices, it has the advantages of reducing manpower and material resources, not damaging the electrode plate, simple operation, and strong automation.
