On November 12, 2012, we entered the construction site of the Hesheng Silicon Industry project in Xinjiang, and the owner requested that the furnace must be started on December 5, 2012, leaving us with only a short 20 days. This period includes the entire process from the connection of temporary pipelines to their withdrawal from the site. Comrade Zhou Liuwu, the construction team leader, calmly and reasonably arranged the construction time after receiving the order, worked overtime while ensuring construction safety and quality. Finally, on December 4, 2012, he successfully completed all the acid washing work for the furnace front system and furnace body system of the Hesheng Silicon Industry project, and removed all temporary pipelines from the factory building, ensuring the smooth start-up of the owner's furnace.

Wucaiwan belongs to a desert climate, and the winter temperature is even lower, which is terrifying. I remember when I first arrived at the Wucaiwan East Hope Aluminum Project, I got off the car and walked to the dormitory for half an hour. However, in this short half hour, my whole body was numb from the cold, and the water in my cup also froze. Even in such harsh weather conditions, with an average temperature of minus 35 ° C, our construction team members still stick to their posts.
