Recently, the Science and Technology Bureau of Jining City announced the plan to establish the Jining Engineering Technology Research Center in 2013, among which the "Jining New Water Treatment Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center" constructed by our company is included. This is the only municipal engineering technology center in the industry in Jining City.

The establishment of the Engineering Technology Research Center aims to strengthen the construction of our company's engineering research platform, cultivate and gather a group of high-quality engineering technology leaders and technical backbones, promote the combination of industry, academia and research, improve the maturity, compatibility and engineering level of scientific and technological achievements, drive the technological progress of our city's water treatment chemical industry, enhance independent innovation ability and market competitiveness, and provide technical support for adjusting and optimizing the company's product structure and improving development quality.

The Jining New Water Treatment Chemical Engineering Technology Research Center will gradually develop a series of new materials, products, and processes, overcome a series of key technical problems with market foresight, and gradually complete the transformation and industrialization of achievements, effectively driving the rapid development of our city's water treatment chemical industry. When conditions are ripe, the center can undertake research projects for national, provincial, industry, local, and other enterprises, carry out activities such as technology development, technology consulting, technology transfer, and technology services to broaden funding channels, increase research and development investment, and improve research and development levels. After the completion of the center, it will further improve our company's production technology level, realize the application demonstration of key technologies for the production of a series of high-quality water treatment chemicals, and provide high-end new water treatment chemicals that meet today's market demand. On the basis of the previous construction, relying on the strong industrialization capability of Jining Sciengreen Water Treatment Co., Ltd., the center will focus on purchasing advanced experimental equipment and instruments, improving the research and development environment, introducing high-level R&D talents, and building the laboratory into a scientific and technological development, innovation, and achievement transformation base, industry public service support platform, engineering and technical talent training base, and industry university research cooperation incubation base for the water treatment chemical industry in our city and even in China; And have the ability to conduct technical and economic analysis and engineering evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. Continuously strengthen the operation and management mechanism of the R&D center, especially the mechanism for transforming scientific research achievements. Based on the research of new water treatment chemical application technologies and theoretical methods, increase the intensity of resource sharing, openness, and business cooperation. Develop the research center into an important base and platform for cutting-edge technology, technical services, achievement transformation, industry promotion, and talent development in the new water treatment chemical industry.
