From August 9th to August 11th, 2013, our company's executive director Tian Mingge and deputy general manager Gu Jiyong participated in a three-day "3G Strategic Profit Model" training organized by Xi'an Xiancai in Qingdao.
This course is taught by Professor Yang Pengbo, Vice President of Sien Talent Company and perennial management consultant of Haier Real Estate Group. The course provides in-depth lectures on the five practices of strategic managers, breakthroughs and innovations in profit model thinking, building and cultivating core competitive advantages, corporate vision, formulation of core values and strategic goals, decomposition of strategic goals, and arrangement of the three-tier business chain. Through vivid case teaching, company practical exercises, consultative case practice, and a series of solutions, this training effectively enhanced the strategic thinking of the participating executives, deepened their understanding and comprehension of company strategy, value strategy, and competitive strategy, and made them realize the importance of uniting people, integrating business chains, clarifying core businesses, and building core competitiveness. In the classroom, they also learned and mastered the 3G strategic planning operation toolkit.
Two students from our company expressed that they have benefited greatly. In the era of mode winning, we can only achieve the goal of building a great company by building core competitiveness under the guidance of strategic planning, expanding regions, products, customer groups, and upstream and downstream products. In the future, we will try to incorporate the 3G strategic profit model into our company's strategic management work and actively build our core competitiveness.
